Diet Friend is for people who are on a diet and for those who want to control their body.
When creating a profile, you can choose metric or unit system.
The application consists of six main menus:
1) PROFILE - you can see your weight, height, gender, age, how much weight you have to lose, how much you've lost, how much time you have left etc.
2) MEASUREMENTS - you can add weight and circuits measurements, and then watch them in the form of graphs and tables, additionally you can add percentage of water, muscle and fat, all the measurements can be freely removed.
3) MEALS - you can add meals from a wide base of products (more than 600), divided by categories and easy to search, you can also add your own meals to the database, the application will display the eaten food and its calories in graphs and tables.
4) EXERCISES - you can add physical activities from a variety of disciplines, you can browse the calories in the form of tables and graphs, and delete selected activities.
5) DIETS - user can read about 7 most popular diets (Dukan diet, 1000kcal, 1200kcal, 1500kcal, Copenhagen Diet, Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet) that have been accurately described, which includes advantages, disadvantages, phases and sample weekly menu.
6) CALCULATORS - you can use the 6 helpful calculators: BMI, ideal weight, fat content, basal metabolic rate, overall metabolism, WHR ratio.
As you can see the application Diet Friend is very complex, made very carefully, based on the books, all diets are precisely described, calories properly selected.
