Lift-This guides you through the popular 5-3-1 strength building plan. Just establish your 1 rep max for each of 4 lifts to automatically compute your 4 week strength building plan. Then just follow the plan.
1) Automatically computes and manages the 5-3-1 Lift Plan over the 4 week cycle. Copy a completed plan to the next cycle. Lift-This copies the results from the last cycle to give you a target to beat.
2) Computes all possible plate combinations. Swipe to a combination, put those plates on the bar and get to work.
3) Gym tools help you do math in the gym. Touch the plates and bar that you see to compute its weight - or - enter weight to lift, then select a bar to see the plate combos.
4) Manage the plate and bar inventory to match what's in your gym.
5) Reorder the lift days in your preferred order.

Release 188.8.131.52 includes:
- A more elegant failsafe error trapper. On some phones, key objects were being flushed from memory when the phone deactivated (due to inactivity). When the phone was reactivated, the app would throw a failsafe exception. In this release, the app attempts to recover from the situation by reading data from disk.
- A better weight calculator window format which is easier to use.
